Company Secretarial Officer 

• Job description:
• Handle full range privately-owned company secretarial matters 
• Prepare and arrange for statutory filings
• Prepare minutes and resolutions
• Maintain and update statutory records, database and filing systems
   
• Requirements:
• At least 2 years of company secretarial experience
• Student member of HKICS/ ICSA or relevant tertiary educational background is an advantage
• Good command of written English and Chinese  
• Proficient in Word, Excel 

Audit Junior / Audit Trainee (Summer Job)

• Job description
• Perform audit assignments for clients from a variety of industries
• Assist in drafting the audited financial statements
• Prepare tax computation for tax compliance
• Other ad hoc tasks per request 

• Requirements
• Diploma or accounting degree holder or HKICPA memberships
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good in English written and speaking skills
• Good PC skills in Word, Excel processing
