Your key responsibilities

• Report to Deputy CFO
• Assist in bank loan financing
• Conduct financial compliance review and due diligence investigation of target companies for M&A transactions
• Monitor the project timetable and act as the main liaison of various professional parties in M & A transactions
• Review audited financial statements and tax computations
• Review corporate announcements, interim and annual reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects and corporate financing transactions

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Financial Engineering, Economics or other related disciplines
• Holder of professional qualification or finalist (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA or FRM preferable)
• At least 4 years relevant auditing, accounting experience and M & A exposure preferably in property related transactions
• Analytical, well organized, able to work independently as well as pro-active coordination with team members
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in accounting, spreadsheet, financial modeling and presentation software applications
