Responsibilities 

• Assist, report and work under supervision of the Internal Audit Manager
• Assist to formulate annual internal auditing plan
• Implement internal auditing tasks according to the annual auditing plan and on ad-hoc basis either independently (and under supervision of the Internal Audit Manager) or jointly with the Internal Audit Manager
• Figure out weaknesses of business operations of the company after auditing, propose improvement plans and follow up with performance improvements
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and taskforces as necessary

Requirements    

• Degree in Accounting or Business related disciplines
• Student studying QP and ACCA are welcome
• 3 years operational audit experience in sizable commercial organizations. Experience in retail business is an advantage
• Familiar with risk-based and business / operational process focused audit approach
• Good command of both written & spoken English
• Strong common sense, passionate and interested in internal control aspect
• Proactive with strong analytical and organization skills
• Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• High proficiency in MS office
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Internal Audit
