Responsibilities

• To develop policies and operating guidelines;
• To be involved in designing controls relevant to the business operations ensuring compliance with all applicable directives and SOX requirements, compliance and operational audits;
• To execute field audits in accordance with the Group’s policies and SOX audit requirements;
• To check the quality and compliance of the Company and its subsidiaries against the Group’s policies and SOX requirements;
• To identify all associated risks and gaps, provide constructive recommendations, and work with operating team in implementing the remediation plan;
• To compile effective and professional audit reports for management review.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent with University degree in Finance/Accountancy or related disciplines;
• Experience working with SOX, ICFR, internal control design and operations;
• Minimum 5 years Big-4 training/internal audit experience with multinational companies;
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a definite advantage;
• Solid expertise in the internal audit function or in-depth process and internal control experience;
• Knowledge of COSO Risk and Internal Control framework would be a benefit;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua is required;
• Travel around PRC is anticipated.
