Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Daily accounting operation in A/R, A/P, G/L, bank account reconciliation, cheque issuing and TT payment
  • Work out the Accounting Statements and analyze to make improvement
  • Prepare cash flow forecast and cash report
  • Assist in annual audit & Vouchers auditing
  • Manage the compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Ensure that effective internal controls in place
  • Assist in implementation of ERP system
  • Oversee all Accounting & Administrative duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in accounting or related fields or above
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, previous experience in export trading company is preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Familiar with accounting data analysis, Good ability to acquire and refined information data.
  • Proficient in MS Office including excel & words and financial system software.
  • A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and dedication to details
  • Able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines
  • Frequent travel to Dongguan office
  • Immediate availability is preferred
