Job Description
Job Duties:
- Daily accounting operation in A/R, A/P, G/L, bank account reconciliation, cheque issuing and TT payment
- Work out the Accounting Statements and analyze to make improvement
- Prepare cash flow forecast and cash report
- Assist in annual audit & Vouchers auditing
- Manage the compliance of company policies and procedures
- Ensure that effective internal controls in place
- Assist in implementation of ERP system
- Oversee all Accounting & Administrative duties
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in accounting or related fields or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, previous experience in export trading company is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Familiar with accounting data analysis, Good ability to acquire and refined information data.
- Proficient in MS Office including excel & words and financial system software.
- A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and dedication to details
- Able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines
- Frequent travel to Dongguan office
- Immediate availability is preferred
