Job duties:-

• Handle full set of accounts;
• Handle month-end closing;
• Perform bank accounts and inter-company reconciliations;
• Support day-to-day accounting duties including vouchers preparation, journals input, daily payments and receipts arrangement;
• Prepare monthly budget and rolling forecast;
• Assist to prepare group consolidated financial and management reports;
• Perform ad hoc assignment as requested.

Requirements:-

• Diploma holder or above in Accountancy related discipline;
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in financial service industry; candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant;
• Strong analytical mind with problem solving skills;
• Mature, well organized, work under pressure and ability to work independent;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Be able to use Microsoft Office tools, Internet Explorer, e-Mail and other common computer office applications. Demonstrate strong knowledge in MS Excel by designing multiple spreadsheets.  Knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage.
