Responsibilities

• Oversee the Financial Accounting and Reporting function
• Lead a team of qualified financial professionals for the preparation of relevant financial reports to regulatory bodies     
• Champion the Implementation of financial accounting and controlling systems, standards and polices
• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant standards, guidelines, procedures and local regulatory requirements
• Maintain sound internal control and effectiveness in financial reporting
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree holder  in accounting and/or finance
• Member of a recognized  professional  accounting organization
• At least 10 years of financial accounting and reporting experience from leading financial institutions  
• Proven leader with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command in Chinese and English
