• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Material Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in plastic molding, preferably in LED premold lead frame
• Good command of spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin
• Responsible for process development, characterization, optimization, trouble-shooting
• Day trip to Shenzhen Plant is required (Company bus will be provided)
