Senior Accounts Clerk

• Handle Full-sets of Accounts and daily accounting operations
• Responsible for bank reconciliation and inter-company transaction
• Prepare monthly schedule, reconciliation, breakdown, commission, and expenses reports
• Responsible for month-end and year-end account closing exercise and auditing matters
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Communicate with external parties
• Handle and resolve accounting inquries and issues raised by internal and external customers
• Ensure the accuracy of the accounting records and maintain proper filing system
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• LCCI Higher or above
• Minimum 3 years solid accounting experience in Insurance/Broker Industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Good communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Well-organized and systemic, attentive to details, self-motivated, detail minded and analytical thinking
• Willing to learn, able to work independently and good working attitude
• Discreet in handling confidential information
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
