Our client is a HK listed manufacturing group engaged in electrical components

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for all the accounting and finance functions in Hong Kong and China operations
• To ensure compliance with the Listing rules including the preparation of annual report, interim report, announcement and circular as well as liaison with the Stock Exchange
• To assist the PRC team and streamline the workflow in daily operations
• To liaise with external services provider to manage the internal database system
• To review and adjust existing procedure to speed up business process

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with CPA license or other related qualifications
• At least 12 years of experiences in manufacturing industry (electronics / industrial)
• Familiar with China manufacturing operations and manage China plants experience are a MUST
• Familiar with the HK listing rules
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Good in communication skills and people management
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
