Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years working experience

Accounting experience in retail fashion industry would be an advantage

Able to handle full set of books independently

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of accounts and management report

Prepare monthly schedules and monthly bank reconciliations, audit and tax reporting

Assist in internal control and liaise with auditor and retail team regarding annual stock take and final audit 

Handle daily cheque payment ,L/C control, payroll , MPF, Tax filing, Employment Returns and Annual Returns

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Knowledge in MYOB accounting system preferred

Proficiency in Ms Excel ( Pivot table, Vlookup)

Organized and attention to details

Able to meet tight timeline,initiative with good analytical and communication skills
