Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handle daily accounting duties: bookkeeping, payment verification and process
• Data entry and filling
• Prepare cheque, bank draft
• Prepare monthly financial statement/reports
• Assist in reviewing current accounting procedures and documents
• Perform clerical duties and administrative support
• Require to go to bank
• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduates
• Relevant working experience is preferable
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Hours:

• Mon-Fri: 10:00-7:00
• Sat: 10:00-2:00
