Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Record, classifies, and summarizes financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Perform and monitor daily bank reconciliation.
• Initiates and processes journal entries into various accounts.
• Reconciles sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolves differences.
• Handle Intercompany transactions for management reporting
• Prepare month end accrual listing by cost center
• Regional and local projects as assigned from time to time
• Assist annual budget and audit and prepare schedule and reporting package
• Ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or professional Accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA & MICPA
• Preferably with 3 years’ related or audit experience
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
• Good knowledge of SAP system and reporting
• High commitment to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy and work under pressure
• Good in IT knowledge (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, etc)
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
