Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts;
• Perform daily accounting tasks, accounts receivable, account payable and journal processing;
• Assist in month end and year end closing with breakdowns and schedules;
• Assist in preparing forecast on a regular basis and system implementation;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned;

Job requirement

• Diploma or above;
• Knowledge in accounting is advantaged;
• Knowledge of computerized accounting system is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing applications;
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good communication and time management skill;
• Well-organized, self-initiative, responsible and independent;
• Immediate available is preferred;
