Responsibilities:

• Undertake, and/or assist to complete valuation assignments and other financial advisory work such as financial modeling, feasibility studies, business due diligence and transaction support services
• Meet or exceed customer's expectations, deliver quality work
• Work both as part of a team when required and individually, depending on circumstances
• Develop relationships with potential partners and customers and contribute to the future business development of the company

Requirements:

• The successful candidate(s) should have an accounting or financial degree
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, etc. preferable
• Prior experience in accounting, financial analysis or valuation
• Candidates must be prepared to travel for assignments
• As we deal with clients across Asia, fluency in English and one other Asian language  and/or Mandarin would be advantageous 
• Applicants for the Financial Analyst position could be either fresh graduates or have    up to 2 years’ relevant experience
• Applicants for Manager position should ideally have at least 5 years’ relevant experience, while applicants for Senior Manager should have at least 7 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of probability modelling for derivative valuation preferred
• Immediately available highly preferred
