Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Input account data to self-developed accounting system and voucher preparation
• Prepare and send clients statement at month end
• Prepare half-monthly account posting from Sub-ledger to General Ledger
• Liaise closely with other departments for daily accounting operations

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above,
• At least 2 years working experience in accounting field
• Proficiency in PC application, especially in MS Word and Excel
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is an advantage
