Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to laboratory centre
• Handle telephone enquiries, data entry, general accounting duties, stock ordering, staff attendance and leave record
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth daily operation
• Handle adhoc assignment as required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above with 1-2 years’ experience in administration work
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, ie. Word & Excel
• Well organized and attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shift duty in between 9:00 – 20:00 (Mon – Sat), 5.5 days per week
