The appointees will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the College of International Education in the following areas: 

• College’s functions including admission and registration;
• College’s activities and events, such as Open Days, Information Talks, New Student Orientation, Convocation Ceremony, Education Expo and VIP visits which may be held on weekends;
• Public relations matters including website content updating, news monitoring and advertising report preparation;
• Record keeping, filing, data entry and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• HKDSE or above; Associate Degree/Higher Diploma graduates and University students preferred;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently; and
• Proficiency in computer applications including Word (Chinese and English) and Excel.

 Appointment Period: June – August 2019

 Working Location: Shek Mun campuses

 Salary: HK$11,200 per month
