Job Description

You will be working in the business systems and operations department and responsible for operation, coordination and preliminary analysis.

• In charge of day-to-day supporting business operation by managing the internal system
• Responsible for transaction data import/export
• Contact with headquarter for translation and coordination issue
• Assist in information gathering, materials preparation and preliminary data analysis
• Work with the team to promote IT security measures to ensure data safety
• Contact and liaise with external IT service provider for troubleshooting
• Assist in handling any relevant projects/assignments

Requirement

• Welcome fresh graduate with no relevant background for application
• Preferably 1-2 years of business support or coordination work experience
• Proficient PC skill in spreadsheet software, strong IT knowledge
• Fluent Japanese and good command of English
• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
• High level of integrity, responsible and detail-minded

Up to HKD 16,000 for experienced hire
