Job Description

The Job

Provide administrative support to Customer Services department
Handle sample registration, document review, etc.
Handle clients' inquiry, complaints, etc.

The Person

F.5 / DSE or above, with science discipline is an advantage
1 year or above customer services / clerical experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
Detail minded, independent with good interpersonal skill
Proficiency in PC skill with good English typing skill
Fresh graduate and IANG will also be considered
