Responsibilities:

• Be a brand ambassador to deliver induction training to all new joiners to ensure brand DNAs, product knowledge, customer service and selling skills are well practiced
• Establish Field coaching culture aligning with BA's productivity and performance
• Conduct field coaching to enhance BA's competency and ensure the consistency of customer service delivery, grooming and achievement of sales goals
• Collaborate with Retail Operations team to formulate field coaching and training plan
• Work out monthly field coaching summary and action plans for sales and people management’s review
• Prepare and update training manuals and training tools; implement training development projects and initiatives
• Follow up the Mystery Shopper Program and closely monitor all front-line staff development
• Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in retail
• Solid experience in field coaching, experience in beauty field is a must
• Customer-oriented and strong coaching skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, engaging and attentive to details
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin and English
