Job Responsibilities

• Generate and check delivery notes & documents
• Prepare internal and external payments
• Assist in daily route planning and follow up on corresponding logistics and documentations
• Ensure an accurate and on time local deliveries
• Coordinate & communicate professionally with warehouse & transportation team
• Maintain accurate documentation, records & files
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE or above with at least 2 years experience in Logistics field
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics office environment
• Self-motivated, outgoing and a good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

 Candidate with more experience and qualification will be considered for a higher position
