Job Responsibilities

• Report to supervisor / managers to facilitate daily operations in distribution center
• Coordinate with customer on order management
• Provide office administrative support to the team
• Maintain accurate data updated on system, good documentation & compile reports for analysis
• Liaise with warehouse and transport team to ensure timely delivery
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• F.5 / DSE or above
• 1-2 year(s) experience, preferably in logistics / supply chain field
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

 Candidate with more experience and qualification will be considered for a higher position
