Job Highlights

·         5-day week

·         13-month salary plus performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle independently the inbound and outbound shipment and prepare necessary documentation according to clients’ requirements

·         Work closely with all parties (customers, suppliers, forwarder, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) for goods in / out the warehouse

·         Ability to cooperate effectively with associates to complete various tasks on time and in sound quality

·         Report warehouse operators’ and trucking contractors’ performance to senior colleagues

·         Ability to assist senior colleagues and manager to review daily process and implement agreed improvement plans

·         Perform speedy and accurate systems update

·         Accurate and timing invoicing to clients

·         Handle new business operations whenever required by the manager

Requirements: 

• Form 5/DSE or above
• At least 1-year logistics related working experience
• Detailed and focus mind
• Sound knowledge in freight and shipping operations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Written English
• Computer literacy
