Responsibilities:

• Support team members with day-to-day marketing and administration tasks
• Handle general customer enquiries and complaints
• Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and product launch activities
• Handle packaging labeling and website update
• Assist to track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
• Manage stock delivery arrangement
• Assist in ad hoc tasks or projects as designated by the Manager

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE level or above, Diploma in Business or Marketing above preferable
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG sector
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
