Responsibilities: 

• Perform all-rounded receptionist duties including handle incoming calls, answer enquiries, greet guests, handle incoming/outgoing mails, facilities management, etc
• Assist in maintaining the office security by following safety procedures and access controlling
• Arrange and manage courier services
• Ensure sufficient office supplies and relevant equipment
• Assist in arranging transportation and accommodations for staff and visitors
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:                    

• Diploma in business, administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in receptionist/admin related work
• Details-oriented, mature and responsible
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working period: 4 months
