Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer full spectrum of human resources and administration of the newly setup plant in Vietnam;
• Responsible for formulation and execution of appropriate human resources and administration initiatives and programs;
• Work proactively with senior management to support the business development;
• Provide hands-on involvement in areas of, including but not limit to, policies formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations;
• Lead the team to deliver human resources and administration functions in an efficient and orderly manner;
• Be a self-motivator, executor and team player with other departments to translate the human resources strategies into operational realities;
• Prepare budget forecast and regular analytical reports for discussion with management;
• Handle ad hoc projects as required by management.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 15 years solid human resources and administration experiences, with minimum 5 years at supervisory level, preferably in electronics manufacturing industry;
• Well versed with labor ordinance and tax law in Vietnam;
• Strong analytical ability, well-organized and sensitive to figures;
• Responsible, flexible, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Station in Vietnam.
