Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing effective project management and governance for key projects for cross-functional HR projects/programs/system. This role ensures a standard, defined approach is used for key projects and monitors the execution of project tasks. He/she will partner with HR Managers & team members and share responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of on-time deliverables.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Report to Head of Human Resources directly and partner with HR Managers to ensure project delivery
• Control project scope, schedule and cost. Ensures that blueprint plan is being followed with each project and facilitate work sessions and key meetings
• Work seamlessly with competing priorities and stakeholder alignment facilitation
• Coordinate project changes or potential project changes to the baseline and ensure the approved changes are communicated and implemented
• Ensure project information is well communicated with the project teams and stakeholders, and to assist business in compiling timelines, communication plans, written status reports
• Capture and communicate key lessons learned to project teams and business, and to effectively apply lessons learned in subsequent projects
• Work closely with the HR teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR projects
• Undertake any duties as assigned by Supervisor(s) from time to time

Requirements: 

• University degree or equivalent education, preferably in human resources management or business related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in project management is an advantage
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other statutory legal requirements
• Strong initiative with a high sense of urgency, able to handle competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills – able to collaborate cross-functionally and be a good team player
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English & Chinese. Fair Mandarin is a plus
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing & other PC applications

Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)
