Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executive
  • Manage and organize daily schedules and business appointments
  • Handle incoming / outgoing emails and correspondence
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with various internal or external parties
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary-educated
  • Having experience in serving Senior Executive is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized, presentable, mature and with strong sense of responsibility
