Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to design marketing collaterals and prepare external communication messages according to corporate standard;
• Plan, organise and manage the end-to-end logistics of marketing events and  seminars;
• Assist to develop and manage the partnership with PR agency and media to execute marketing  initiatives on time with expected outcome;
• Pitch & prepare interviews and prepare by-lined articles / advertorials with company spokespersons that align with our corporate messages;
• Handle and manage media enquiries by liaising with internal departments and Head Office;
• Assist to drive the publicity and news update of Hong Kong Branch with Head Office and the Group;
• Extract company’s media exposures and important market news, preparing regular reports for strategic planning and management reporting;
• Update corporate profile and branding materials as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ relevant PR and marketing experience, preferably with experience in in-house PR firms, with solid media relations and copywriting experience;
• Possess banking industry knowledge, understanding of corporate banking products is preferred;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin;
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills;
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills;
• Energetic, creative, well-organized and attentive to details.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
