Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational activities such as working with logistics vendors and communicating with customer service department
• Handle documents such as PO/invoice processing and record the team’s expenses
• Prepare regular weekly/monthly performance and financial reports
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy
• Provide administrative and office support such as office supplies purchasing, printing, filing, and other support to team members.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High integrity, meticulous, proactive, independent
• Proficiency in MS Office application
