Centre for Learning Enhancement And Research
The Centre for Learning Enhancement And Research (CLEAR) is looking for a self-motivated and responsible candidate to fill the following position.

Full-time/Part-time Project Co-ordinator II (Ref. 190000Y9) (Closing date: June 16, 2019)
The appointee will serve as the Co-ordinator to (a) promote and enable student to work on related projects in the areas of educational, social and environmental needs that may benefit from the creation of custom-made mobile applications, and facilitate students to better understand these needs, and come up with possible solutions to resolve the community problems; and (b) form working relationships with various University Departments and projects, regional NGOs, as well as network with other educational app makers to investigate collaborative projects.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science; (ii) exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); and (iv) at least 3 years’ work experience at universities. Possession of the following skills will be advantageous: (1) project co-ordination and activities organisation; (2) knowledge of mobile apps development; (3) teaching of coding and/or design; (4) promotion of extra-curricular activities in a university environment; and (5) web development with HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
