The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing administration including:

• Provide operational and administrative support to Marketing Department
• Timely processing of payments (budget, invoices and reimbursement claims) with established procedures and internal controls
• Maintain and update accurately all the purchasing and transaction records
• Handle purchasing order with suppliers and ensure timely availability of marketing giveaway
• Responsible for logistics operation including checking of stock availability, fulfillment and report preparation
• Provide onsite support to corporate/ marketing/ PR events
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in sizable organization, experience in purchasing, shipping and customer services support would be highly desirable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and Chinese word processing is a must
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
