Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in developing new courses/projects, planning to execution and reports
• Assist in managing Opera Hong Kong Children Chorus (OHKCC), Summer Camp, Mini Opera/Schoo,l Tour/Annual Concerts, scholarship… etc
• Co-ordinate & attend Indoor/Outdoor activities or events
• Undertake OHKCC coordination and answer related enquiries;
• Responsible for overall operation indoor/outdoor programmes and general administration;
• Undertake OHKCC coordination and answer related enquiries;
• Assist in organizing Education and Outreach programmes  
• Provide administrative support in general

Requirement

• Recognised tertiary education qualification or equivalent;
• Two years or above working experience; preferably related working experience;
• Strong administrative abilities and interpersonal skills;
• Good PC skills and well versed with Microsoft Office applications, with Web Designing skill is an advantage ;
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferable;
• Good interpersonal, pro-active, responsible, willing to learn and detail-minded;
• Able to work independently; Be a good executor;
• Able to work on every Saturday Five-day work job
