Responsibilities:

• Assist in clinic daily operation

• Answer phone call, inquiry and appointment booking

• Handle patient registration and case follow up

• Filing and tracking of medical record or related document

• Assist in clinical procedures and health assessment process

• Follow administrative procedure to provide good medical treatment and customer service which meet Company’s standard

• Clean, sterilize medical instruments and handle maintenance of clinic equipment/utilities

• Data processing

• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• 5.5 days

• Form 5 graduates or above with minimum 1 year clinic experience

• Client-oriented, responsible, motivated, diligent and good team player

• Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage

• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Fresh graduate will be considered

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Clinic Medical Assistant / Senior Clinic Admin Assistant
