Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end selection procedure including talents sourcing, interviewing and matching
• Provide career consultation, package negotiation support to job seekers
• Build and maintain a strong network with a pool of talent in targeted fields
• Handle clients for delivering talents referral activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Computer Science, Statistic or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant IT technical placement experience in recruitment firm
• Strong interested in Fintech or Digital
• Independent, Desired to learn, Passionate, Fast-paced
• Analytical minds, Good team player, innovative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Talent Acquisition Officer
