Responsibilities:

• To provide full range of administrative support to the Production Department
• Validate invoice billing documents and prepare accurate information for billing arrangement
• To consolidate, update, analyze and maintain database of the department as well as prepare periodic report
• To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth production operation
• To perform procurement management, inventory control and maintenance of department equipment
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Patience, detail-minded, well organised with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to handle multi tasks, good communication and interpersonal skills
