Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
w Implement and maintain effective operation management system
w Achieve the targets and goals set by the management
w Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures;
w Ensure delivery of cost effective and high quality services to customers
w Monitor staff disciplinary and appraisal the performance;
w Provide training and motivate the sales team
w Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements: •
w University graduate with Operation management/Hospitality is an advantage
w Minimum 3 years of operations management, with solid experience in beauty, health care or luxury brand industries is a must
w Good understanding of retail market trends with sound business acumen
w Excellent interpersonal and presentation
w Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
w Strong analytical & computer skills (MS office ) required
w Immediate availability is highly preferred
w Less experience will consider for Operation Officer
