Job Description

Our client, a stable Japanese Logistics Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Shipping Clerk (Job Ref: #37889)

Job Descriptions:

Handle full set I/E document and delivery arrangement
處理出入口文件和確保如期出貨
Follow up payment 跟進客戶付款情況
Handle quotation & invoice 預備報價單和收據
Communicate with different branches in China & SE Asia
與中國和東南亞的分行溝通

Requirements:

Form 5 or above 中五程度或以上
1-2 years of shipping clerk related experience is highly preferable
1-2年船務文員經驗者優先
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
懂流利的英語和國語
Fresh graduate is welcome 歡迎畢業生
