Main job duties and responsibilities

• Handling full set of Import/Export documents (Experience with South America & USA documents preferable)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders / shipping co and vendors for shipment arrangements
• Coordinate with merchandisers to assure customer satisfaction
• Prepare shipment related documents

Job Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 2years plus experience in shipping
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Motivated and good communication skills
• PC skills in MS Word and Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Diligent, hard work, Independent and reliable
