Responsibilities:

• Assist team head to coordinate and provide quality administration service to the Company, including but not limited to office security, renovation, relocation, space management, office leasing and planning, procurement management, office maintenance and fixed assets management
• Liaise with other administrative areas of the Company as well as outside vendors/ suppliers for project coordination and implementation
• Process of Admin affairs related expense
• Ensure adequate security control of the premises is performed such as the operation of CCTV and access control is in place. Conduct fire drill and keep the copy of keys to office
• Co-ordinate Business Continuity Plan for the Division
• Assist Public Relationship Team to process news publishing and related matters
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requiements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in office administration
• Understanding on Chinese culture an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, growing environment
• An enthusiastic team player, detail oriented, independent, responsible, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
