As Team Player of Team and Division to

- Provide support and participate in Team Projects

- Provide secretarial supports for internal and external parties

- Provide administrative supports to the management team

- Perform Chinese – Japanese translation for corporate documents

-Perform interpretation for Japanese – Chinese (Cantonese / Putonghua) in meetings, training and conferences

-Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Required Profile

-Degree holder with major in Japanese Studies or other related disciplines

-at least 3 years of related working experience, with experience in Japanese company or working experience in Japan would be a plus

-Certification of Level 1 in Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent is a must

-Able to translate and interpret during conferences, lectures, seminars (with experience in oral translation is a definite advantage)

-Proven excellent command of verbal and written skills for both Japanese and Chinese

- Enthusiasm for education industry
