Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for performing full spectrum of administrative and secretarial supports to the Department Head;
• Provide full spectrum of support by arranging and coordinating project meetings and appointments; 
• Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, both incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls;
• Prepare project documents by following the instruction of Project Director (mainly MS WORD and EXCEL);
• Handle department’s filing record and circulation;
• Ad-hoc assignments are required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder with relevant secretarial experience, preferably with experience in serving senior management. Experience in property industry (e.g. developers, consultants or contractors) will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent proficiency in Chinese Words Processing;
• Confident in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with professional telephone manner;
• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
