Job Descriptions:

• The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the team in conducting MPF Fund, Mutual Fund and various related analysis/ research.  He/She will also take initiatives to perform the followings:-
• Assist the Manager to conduct fundamental research on assigned funds
• Perform analysis on large data sets and utilize analysis skills to trend and interpret information to develop performance index, make corresponding recommendations and presentation
• Provide guidance to junior team members and review their works, give constant feedback for improvement
• Keep an eye on latest macroeconomic news, MPF/Mutual fund related market trends and portfolio performance to give investment insights. 
• Take active role in business analysis, prepare relevant report and provide insight on business findings and outcome to stakeholders
• Support regular administration tasks, prepare meeting materials and relevant ad-hoc reports as required from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Economics discipline with good academic results with 2-3 years of related experience
• Sound knowledge and keen on financial services and financial products
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills  
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player, able to motivate and influence the quality of teamwork
• Mature and good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, out-going and able to work independently
• Strong ownership in improving own work quality
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills on Microsoft software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
