PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Contribute to the development and refinement of the vision and strategy for the business
• Managing the Type1 & Type 4 regulated activities of Private Banking Division
• Build and lead an effective and cohesive investment advisory team
• Liaise with internal department or external parties on new product development
• Working closely with PB management and RMs to provide timely market information and investment initiatives
• Conduct training/coaching to sales staff on market trend and product knowledge
• Enhance customer experience by providing portfolio advisory services and end-to-end solutions to meet customers' needs
• Ensure the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• University graduate with 10 years banking experience in which at least 8 years in investment advisory services
• Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas are required
• Possess CPWP certification or pass in relevant papers
• CFA or CFP will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Proactive, excellent team player with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
