Our private investment firm invites you to join their investment team.

Responsibilities 

l  Assess potential deals and explore new business opportunities by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling.

l  Responsible for deal execution and portfolio management

l  Responsible for all finance and fund administration related activities for company's private market funds

l  Duties include new fund set-up, investor pitch deck preparation, investment valuations, fund performance assessments, quarterly reporting, management fee and carried interest calculations

l  Liaise with internal/external parties during the investment related activities

l  Assist Group Management team in corporate finance assignment, including M&A, due diligence, fund raising exercises and corporate advisory transactions

l  Assist in drafting term sheet, investment memo, investment proposal

l  Monitor fund transaction and provide investment supports on a regular basis

l  Review management reports, forecasts and risk reports for the group, ensure financial and compliance controls are in place

l  Collaborative approach when dealing with stakeholders

l  Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned

Requirements

l  Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines

l  Minimum 8 years experiences in finance field, with no less than 5 years in the Private   Equity industry

l  Strong knowledge and expertise in private fund industry

l  Past experiences in private market funds, including finance and fund administration

l  Proven track record in leadership and communications across different functions

l  Fluent English and Mandarin is a must

Candidates with less experience would be considered as junior investment director (lower grading).
