Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement of Hong Kong shares and Overseas Equities
• Handle CCASS operations including physical stock deposit / withdrawal, SI / ISI, IPO and placement
• Prepare and check internal vouchers, trade confirmations and settlement
• Liaise and resolve settlement issues with clients and counterparties
• Perform daily stock reconciliation
• Assist to ensure the settlement process in compliance with both internal and external rules and regulations
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, system enhancement UAT, etc

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance or any related disciplines preferred
• 3 years’ relevant experience in financial services industry
• Familiar with the operation of CCASS
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior / Analyst, Equities Operations
