Job Description

Job duties:

  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to management;
  • Diary management and control dedicated meeting venue for team members
  • Handle intensive and complicated travel plans for management, ensure all is under budgeted and obtain approvals as required.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials
  • Coordinate with external & internal parties for project management
  • Handle filing and maintain proper records
  • Arrange meetings via video conferencing, audio conferencing and face to face meetings   

 

Requirement:

  • University graduate, 7+ years of work experience with minimum 5 years relevant work experience in similar position
  • Experience in financial services, telecom, consumer goods industry would be an advantage
  • Experience working with expat managers would be an advantage
  • Outgoing and cheerful personality
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, able to solve problems with own initiative.
  • Energetic and able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and fluent English
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work smoothly with wide range of people from different cultural background
  • Available immediately is highly preferred
