Responsibilities:

• Handle merchant inquiries and sales slip transaction
• Handle merchant account creation and amendment in system
• Perform regular review on low and medium risk merchant and merchant annual service charges
• Issue merchant letters for receiving /requesting charges and other notification
• Assist adjustment of discount rate and merchant service fee project
• Control the stock and purchase of sales slip and other inventories
• Prepare analytic and sales reports to management for merchant performance review
  
  

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years relevant experience in credit card business
• Solid knowledge of merchant acquiring business
• Good market awareness and sensitivity
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
