Responsibilities:

• Oversee business analytics and campaign management to enhance competitiveness of retail products with focus on credit card and personal loans
• Maximize business and revenue growth through data-mining and effective business analytics
• Conduct market intelligence to formulate sales and customer segmentation strategies 
• Implement continuous data mining to develop effective tracking mechanism to improve key business drivers
• Support ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Quantitative Analysis or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience and well versed with retail lending products
• Hands on exposure in customer database management and marketing
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (Excel and Access), VBA and ETL
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
